Our Story The Donini Family has been making chocolate for over 80 years through three generations. It all started many years ago in the beautiful city of Vigevano Italy, where Nello patriarch of the Donini family set out to refine Europe’s Old World chocolate recipes to establish a tradition of producing chocolate made of the finest ingredients. ? Today, the tradition continues at our factory in Belleville, Ontario, Canada as Vigilio, our third generation Master Chocolatier, oversees the creation of our tantalizing selection of premium chocolate. ? At Donini Chocolate, we blend old European recipes to produce the finest milk, dark, and white chocolate. Our chocolate is available in both solid and liquid forms; also in molded items such as cups, truffle shells, sticks, bits, buttons, shaved chocolate, blocks, and wine pairing bars. We are chocolatiers specializing in lovingly creating hand poured, unique chocolate art for your enjoyment.
