But have you heard of the "STIRLING CHEESESTEAK SANDWICH"?

No? Well you are about to!

The "Stirling Cheesesteak Sandwich" is an incredible combination of mouth watering, tender, WATER BUFFALO brisket, covered in cheese, sautéed fresh mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers, and finished with a smothering of garlic aioli inside of a freshly baked pretzel bun!

Who else is as excited as I am??

We chose to make our special this week at the Barn and Country Food Truck to celebrate another local business! The Ontario Water Buffalo Company right here in Stirling! Hence the sandwiches name and the incredibly delicious water buffalo brisket.

We are so excited to offer this unique spin on a favourite classic while celebrating local entrepreneurship and the town we love so much!
