Ontario East Marine Surveys is small business that does surveys for both pleasure craft and commercial vessels. Captain Richard Trainor is  a true marine professional with a post secondary education in nautical science. Richard has studied marine technology at several Ontario colleges and has an advanced diploma from Lloyds Maritime Institute in classification and flag state surveying.
